Job Title: Service Center Leader Job Description: The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of marketing and operation programs, ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Manage the operation of Service Centers, overseeing daily processes and operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Follow up on distributor complaints related to Service Center operations, addressing concerns promptly. Develop and implement a plan for annual budgeting, managing visits to Service Centers and securing approvals. Organize and execute semi-annual meetings for Service Centers, fostering collaboration and open communication. Establish and maintain strong relationships between the company and network members, promoting mutual understanding and respect. Evaluate applicants for new Service Center openings, ensuring they meet all requirements and qualifications. Ensure proper closure of service centers, including communication with affected parties, receipt of closure letters, and documentation validation. Maintain accurate contact information for Service Centers. Visit each Service Center in Mexico, supervising business operations to ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines. Verify that Service Centers operate within legal parameters and adhere to established regulations. Monitor the functionality and cleanliness of training rooms and facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service: 1. Foster positive relationships between DXN Management and network members.2. Respond promptly to queries and complaints from Service Center Directors, via multiple channels. Warehousing: 1. Oversee product deliveries (walk-in and/or courier), documenting, recording, and reporting accurately.2. Ensure timely processing of orders and accurate release of requested products for delivery to DXN Service Centers. Qualification or Educational Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related fieldJob Skills and Knowledge Requirements: 1. Advanced English level2. Proficient in Microsoft Office3. Strong management skills, with expertise in local and foreign health regulations.
