We are expanding our ride-hailing department and looking for a Field Operations Specialist responsible for managing driver operations process in their given region. Please note that CVs in English will be considered primarily. Key Responsibilities: Driver Acquisition and Onboarding: Develop and execute strategies to attract new drivers through offline channels. Onboard New Drivers: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new drivers. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and acquisition teams to optimize recruitment campaigns. Driver Engagement and Retention: Implement initiatives to improve driver engagement and satisfaction. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver activity and retention. Driver Feedback: Conduct driver feedback sessions to address concerns and improve overall experience. Team Performance: Ensure teams are meeting targets for driver acquisition and activation. Field Team Optimization: Optimize field team performance through coaching, goal setting, and performance tracking. Data Analysis: Track driver supply, activation rates, and overall marketplace health. Analyze Data: Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. Quality Control: Ensure all drivers meet the platform's quality and compliance standards. What We Expect from You: Advanced English Proficiency: Both written and verbal communication skills are required. Sales Funnel Understanding: Strong understanding of the sales funnel and how it applies to driver acquisition. Customer Relationship Management: Proven customer relationship management skills, particularly in managing large-scale recruitment efforts. Data Analysis Skills: Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and track KPIs. Availability: Availability for business travel. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineer, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, sales, or field team management, preferably in ride-hailing or delivery. Familiarity: Familiarity with ride-hailing operations, driver engagement strategies, and marketplace dynamics. Acquisition Strategies: Experience in managing both online and offline driver acquisition strategies. What We Offer: Competitive Salary Range.
