Collision Parts Content Specialist

The Parts Content Specialist is responsible for researching and assembling vehicle parts information, entering relevant parts data into our templates for further processing. The job also requires constructing rough technical drawings that represent parts data. Candidate must read, write, and speak English well. Candidates must have an automotive dealership, parts or repair background and be able to demonstrate knowledge of vehicle parts and repairs. The candidate will have experience using Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), OEM service and repair information, various parts lookup user interfaces, books, and online resources to locate part numbers and their variations. Information will be utilized and entered according to procedures for consistent application in a computer collision damage estimation system. You will also have a thorough understanding of the vehicles and their different systems, different types of vehicle parts, their specifications and be familiar with the parts required for repairs on different types of vehicles. As a Parts Content Specialist you will work with EPCs, self-compiled research, internal authoring tools, photoshop as well as work cross functionally with different teams to build and assemble parts information.
