This role involves designing, commercializing, and scaling new content products aligned with client business goals — including Commerce Content, Performance Content, and Data-Driven Storytelling — to ensure the content operation becomes a key growth lever for both clients and the agency. Strategic & Product Leadership Create frameworks and pricing models that enable scalable commercialization and integration into client offerings. Translate client business goals into actionable content strategies that impact awareness, engagement, and conversion. Incremental revenue generated by content products. Margin improvement of the content division. Adoption of new content products among top clients. ROI and conversion metrics of commerce content initiatives. Internal stakeholder and client satisfaction (NPS).
