Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist About the Role: We are seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic marketing team in Mexico City as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be at the heart of our social media and influencer strategy, leading the development of partnerships and creative campaigns that shape the voice of our brand. Your Responsibilities: Design Creative Assets: Design marketing and promotional assets for product launches, including graphics and video content, presentations, and launch event materials, from concept development to final execution. Maintain Brand Consistency: Maintain strong art direction and brand consistency across all assets and ensure high-quality execution. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing team and external agencies, helping to coordinate and communicate creative requirements. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay updated on design trends and cultural nuances relevant to the Mexican market. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or related fields. Experience in the tech industry is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, and/or other relevant design tools, with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition. Experience in video editing and production is necessary. Familiarity with print production processes is necessary. Fluency in English (main working language) and proficiency in Spanish (understanding of Mexican culture is required). A high level of attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, able to contribute creative ideas. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal and external teams.
