Confidential Plant Manager Location: Mexico City, Mexico Industry: Global Manufacturing – Electrical & Energy Solutions A global leader in energy management and digital automation is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the transformation of a key manufacturing site near Puebla. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on operational turnaround, performance improvement, and strategic team development. The ideal candidate will be an agent of change, with a strong track record in lean manufacturing and industrial operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Drive a performance culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and increase plant efficiency. Manage P&L responsibilities, budgets, KPIs, and operational targets. Inspire and develop a strong local leadership team and workforce. Collaborate with global stakeholders to align local activities with international strategies. Ensure full compliance with EHS standards and local labor regulations. Key Requirements: 5+ years' experience in plant or operations management Proven experience leading turnaround or transformation projects. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies. Experience with managing complex, multi-line assembly operations. Experience representing company in front of Media, Government and other external Stakeholders.
