Strategic Trade Marketing Analyst

Job Title: Strategic Trade Marketing AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Analyst to lead our trade marketing initiatives in Mexico. The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning, negotiating, and executing brand promotional calendars with strategic commercial partners.This role requires someone who is highly organized, results-driven, and able to work under pressure with deadlines. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share.- Collaborate with the Sales team to plan and implement promotions, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Lead and manage the Trade Marketing Assistant and Training Assistant teams.- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders.Requirements: - Fluency in Spanish and English.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.- At least 3 years of Marketing/Trade Marketing experience.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.About the Role: This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires someone who is passionate about shopper marketing and has a strong understanding of the retail and point-of-sale environment.
