Job Title: Digital Marketing Operations Specialist We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about executing digital marketing tasks using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. About the Role: The successful candidate will execute and maintain marketing campaigns and workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce, manage logistics for global webinars, create and schedule assets like emails, forms, and CTAs with a focus on quality and consistency, support localization and content updates for Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets, and upload and update website content such as blogs and case studies using CMS tools. Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or a similar support role (non-managerial) Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing & CMS Hub) and Salesforce Familiarity with UX principles, basic SEO, and digital content publishing Advanced English is required; Portuguese is a plus Currently living in Mexico City (CDMX) Benefits: This is a fully operational role with a focus on tactical execution and daily marketing tasks.
