Digital Marketing Specialist

Join OPPO as our next Digital Marketing KOL Specialist We're looking for a talented professional with 5+ years of experience to become part of our dynamic marketing team in Mexico City (Polanco) — full-time, on-site. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our social media and influencer strategy, leading the development of KOL partnerships and creative campaigns that shape the voice of our brand. What You'll Do: Design marketing and promotional assets for the product launch, including graphics and video content, presentations, and launch event materials, from concept development to final execution. Maintain strong art direction and brand consistency across all assets and ensure high-quality execution. Work closely with the marketing team and external agencies, helping to coordinate and communicate creative requirements. Stay updated on design trends and cultural nuances relevant to the Mexican market. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, brand experience design, or related fields. Having Experience in the smart device industry or tech industry is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma. and/or other relevant design tools, with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition. Experience in video editing and video production process is necessary. Familiarity with print production processes for materials is necessary. Fluency in English (main working language) and proficiency in Spanish (understanding of Mexican culture is required). A high level of attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, able to contribute creative ideas. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
