Human Resources Generalist

Job Title We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to manage end-to-end HR administration processes for the Americas. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for handling hiring, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and HR records. You will be the backbone of our Talent Acquisition and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across SSL Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on market trends, deliver diverse shortlists and coordinate interview stages Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and offer negotiations Proactively build pipeline for key positions for the business Represent the brand in candidate interactions and uphold high standards of work HR Administration / HR Operations Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn Ability to work under pressure and prioritize Fluent in English and Spanish This description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
