We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions to enhance our organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Provide support for all employee inquiries via various intake channels, including the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information on various topics such as benefits, records, salary, absences, hiring, and policies and procedures Onboarding: Administer and process new hire information. Facilitate new hire onboarding sessions Offboarding: Coordinate document creation and exit interviews for voluntary terminationsBenefits Administration: Ensure all employees receive accurate and timely benefits information LOA: Manage leave of absence cases Compliance: Update employee records, report any changes, and assist with payroll and payroll-related records. Maintain accuracy and timeliness in HR-critical administrative transactions Project Support: Assist with special HR projects – which can include planning, design, communication, training, and implementation Data Integrity & Reporting: Align with the TA and Senior HR Manager to better support operational and project-based work Operational Excellence: Continuously optimize the above areas of work Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven 3 years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in the fintech or technology industry with regional (multi-country) experience Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
