Job Title: HR Generalist About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support our team. As an integral member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing key HR processes, including payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with relevant labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate payroll processing with external vendors, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Prepare and validate bi-weekly payroll incidents, including overtime, vacations, deductions, medical leave, and other relevant information. Oversee the termination process, ensuring proper internal and external notifications for compliance. Conduct thorough exit interviews, analyze data, and identify patterns and potential improvements. Assist the HR Manager with annual salary/merit processes and performance review processes. Support data maintenance and ensure the integrity of HR systems (SAP, Success Factors). Assist with implementing or upgrading HR system modules as needed. Provide expert advice on employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, policies, and HR procedures. Maintain and ensure compliance with federal and local regulations concerning employment. Manage employee TOR form requests, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Track and maintain employee corrective actions. Administer personnel tasks, including employee onboarding, terminations, and updates in systems, preparation of employee letters, and maintenance of both physical and digital employee records. Offer support during audits and inspections. Act as a backup for the onboarding process. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in an operational industry. Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field (Business Administration). Strong understanding/experience with human resources and payroll processes, benefit & compensation administration, handling employee relations issues, employment law local regulations, performance management, employee development, corrective action, regulatory reporting, and experience handling disciplinary actions and terminations. Advanced English level (C1 or higher). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point). Proficiency in SAP, Success Factors, Preferent Darwin Box. High level of interpersonal skills and professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential situations and detailed documentation.
