Restaurant and Hotel Quality Assurance Specialist About the Role: We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable professionals to evaluate restaurant and hotel operations and customer experience. In this role, you will conduct undercover visits as a typical customer, assess specific service and quality standards, and provide detailed reports based on your experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct anonymous visits to restaurants and hotels. Evaluate and document various aspects of the dining experience, including: Customer service quality Cleanliness and ambiance Food presentation and taste Staff behavior and knowledge Compliance with brand standards and protocols Accurately complete detailed evaluations and submit reports within specified timelines. Adhere to assignment-specific instructions and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications: Strong observational and writing skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain objective. Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule. Ability to follow detailed guidelines and protocols. Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or auditing is a plus.
