Key Responsibilities We are seeking a results-driven individual to fill the role of Dealer Development Manager . As a champion for customer centricity within the organization and dealership network, you will be responsible for driving business growth through enhanced customer experiences. Customer Experience: Act as a customer advocate within the organization and dealership network. Foster a culture of customer-centricity both within and beyond the organization. Operational Excellence: Manage and analyze the Dealer Score Card for each dealership, addressing underperformance. Conduct profitability analyses and provide financial projections for the dealer network. Lead Business Intelligence initiatives to enhance operational insights. Dealer Development: Collaborate with dealers to develop and execute business plans. Support the growth and modernization of dealer infrastructure, including facade design, logo placement, and signage. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report financial statements from dealerships to identify improvement opportunities. Project Management: Oversee dealership construction projects from initiation to execution. Manage contracts and relationships with distribution partners. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer experience management, dealer network development, or a related area. Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. Proficiency in project management and the execution of infrastructure projects. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Ability to foster a customer-centric culture within a diverse network.
