Front Desk Ambassador This is a pivotal role that sets the tone for guest experiences. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring seamless operations, and executing guest transactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Guest Reception and Service: Welcome guests warmly and respond to inquiries promptly, providing personalized recommendations on property activities, amenities, and services. Assist with room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as handle guest requests efficiently. Process guest transactions accurately and ensure documentation is completed correctly and on time. Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve issues, share feedback, and coordinate special requests effectively. Work closely with other departments to provide an outstanding guest experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or concierge role in a luxury property. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with guests. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and other technology tools. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. Skills and Attributes: Approachable demeanor and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn PMS systems. Strong communication and language skills (English required, additional languages an asset).
