For over 75 years, we have been dedicated to delivering tailored experiences that bridge physical and emotional distances.**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced professional to enhance dealer performance by implementing strategies, objectives, resources, and processes based on KMX guidelines. **Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and analysis of indicators defined by KMX to achieve fixed operating targets and improve dealer profitability. Developing and deploying processes and standards for the dealer network to ensure consistent service delivery. Receiving and addressing customer complaints and suggestions in a timely manner. Leading projects to enhance the service provided at dealerships. **Requirements:** Engineering or Administrative bachelor's degree, with a desirable MBA. Significant experience in After-Sales, Service Operation, and Automotive retail. Advanced Excel skills. At least 9 years of experience in a similar role.
