Position Summary As an MSL in Hematology, you will serve as a key scientific resource in the field, building peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), supporting the product lifecycle, and collaborating with internal teams to drive strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Scientific Communication: Develop and share in-depth scientific content related to assigned products or therapeutic areas. Medical Education: Organize and support scientific learning events and preceptorship programs. Data Generation: Assist in clinical studies, expanded access programs, and local publications. Insight Collection: Conduct advisory boards, attend conferences, and report on scientific trends and competitor intelligence. Medical Projects: Implement collaborative initiatives aligned with brand strategy and develop scientific materials. Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulations, and budgetary guidelines. Key Interfaces Cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Market Access, and Commercial teams. Participation in internal and external meetings. Support in market access strategy, promotional material review, and pharmacovigilance activities. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year in the pharmaceutical industry (MSL, Medical Advisor, CRA) or Over 2 years of clinical, professional, or research experience in a scientific field. Preferred: Oncology experience and knowledge of regulatory and market access environments. Education: Required: University degree in Health Sciences. Preferred: Advanced scientific degree in Hematology or similar (MSc, PharmD, PhD, DO, MD). Skills: Fluency in English (oral and written). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Results-driven, team-oriented, self-managed, and organized. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
