We are seeking an experienced patient advocate to join our team as a Rare Disease Patient Program Liaison. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals living with rare diseases. This role will focus on providing exceptional support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals through various programs and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the patient journey and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Develop and implement patient support programs that meet the needs of rare disease patients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution Provide education and resources to patients and caregivers on treatment options and management strategies Conduct outreach and engagement activities to promote program awareness and participation Collect and analyze data to inform program improvement and expansion efforts The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years' experience interacting with patients is required. Ideal candidates will also have expertise in program management and analytical skills.
