Repair Technician Role ">The purpose of this position is to diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of electronic devices. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail and strong communication abilities. This role involves analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of service. You will also work closely with experienced engineers to develop your technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and repair customer-purchased products. Develop a thorough understanding of product functionality to ensure accurate repairs. Collaborate with application engineers to enhance technical knowledge. Adapt to shifting priorities to meet customer needs. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (required). At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support or Repair Engineering. Strong electronics knowledge and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
