Telecom Systems Maintenance Specialist

Job Title Telecom Operations and Maintenance Expert. As a Telecom Operations and Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our telecommunications technologies. This role requires expertise in operations management, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 100% working onsite. Insight into intelligent operation and maintenance business, customer pain point exploration, network scanning, and basic information construction; Match customer pain points/needs, organize solution design and adaptation; Align with industry development goals, conduct pre-sales expansion work, summit exchanges, solution presentations, customer digital transformation, and solution guidance; Maintain strong customer relationships and cross-functional coordination. Analyze customer needs, design scenario-based solutions, and prepare clear presentation materials. Act as a senior business consultant, understanding the whole picture, from customer side and Huawei services. Communicate effectively with CXO-level clients, align internal goals with customer KPIs and pain points. Requirements: Minimum 8 Years of experience in Field Operation with telecom. Minimum of 5 years optimization & Planning experience for GSM and GPRS or UMTS Minimum 3 years with vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ALU, Liberty, Claro, C&W, etc.) Understand Telecom Network Operations & Maintenance processes, organizational structures, and architecture. Experience in managed services, intelligent Operations and Maintenance solutions, and NOC/FLM delivery. Excellent knowledge of the field of 3G/4G/5G radio communication and optimization, and fixed services (FTTx). Experience in intelligent operation and maintenance expansion, industry development insights, customer pain point analysis, network scanning and information construction, solution design, etc.; Ability to travel to various countries in Latin America for on-site support, willingness to accept business trips to Latin America for up to 6 months per year. Fluent Spanish and fluent English speakers. Cross-cultural cooperation experience is preferred. Skills and Others: High level of analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to understand customer needs and solution design. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
