Field Automation Specialist Mushiny North America INC is now hiring a Field Service Technician. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Install, calibrate, and maintain automated equipment at customer sites. Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with automated systems. Perform on-site repairs and adjustments to equipment as needed. Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment. Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults. Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance logs and repair reports. Recommend improvements to service processes and equipment design. Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or technical school certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of conveyor systems, sorters, or other industrial automation equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC I/O diagrams. Proficient with hand tools, electrical meters, and mechanical assembly/disassembly techniques. Basic knowledge of industrial control systems, including sensors, actuators, drives, and PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both mechanical and electrical issues. Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and around moving machinery. Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally. Preferred Skills: Basic PLC troubleshooting skills, especially with Allen-Bradley or Siemens platforms.
