**About the Role** The Warranty Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless warranty execution, claim management, data analysis, audit support, dealer training, and escalation resolution. Key Responsibilities: Policy Implementation : Collaborate with the Aftersales Director to design and communicate warranty policies aligned with business objectives. Claims Handling : Process and manage claims from dealers and customers, ensuring timely completion and compliance with documentation requirements. Data Insight : Track claim trends, identify recurring issues, and provide actionable insights to QA/Engineering teams for process improvement. Audit Readiness : Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless audit support for internal and external audits. Dealer Enablement : Partner with the Head of Technical Support to develop and deliver comprehensive warranty training programs for dealers. Escalation Management : Resolve complex warranty disputes escalated by Service Centers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Required Skills and Qualifications: Analytical Mindset : Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in warranty software to drive informed decision-making. Communication Fluency : Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is an asset. Industry Experience : Bring at least 3 years of experience in warranty roles, preferably in the OEM/EV sector.
