Warranty Program Specialist Key Responsibilities and Expectations: Policy Execution : Collaborate with senior leadership to implement and communicate warranty policies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Claims Management : Process dealer/customer claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Data Analysis : Track claim trends and report recurring issues to quality assurance/ engineering teams, informing process improvements. Audit Support : Maintain accurate records for internal and external audits, facilitating seamless compliance assessments. Dealer Training : Work closely with technical support teams to train dealers on warranty processes, enhancing customer satisfaction. Escalations : Resolve complex warranty disputes escalated by service centers, upholding high standards of customer service. Requirements and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in warranty roles, preferably in the OEM/EV sector. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in warranty software, and excellent problem-solving abilities. English fluency; Mandarin proficiency a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
