Warranty Senior Specialist

Overview of the position: Management of warranties global claims, implement and monitor the expense control conditions, registration, custody, and execution under the internal systems. Typical tasks: Analyze and optimize the documentation process Create weekly demand forecast for production, General Approvals, RFAs, Purchase orders Manage and analyze literature inventory, track material deliveries Develop & control the Budget Plan for literature and coordinate requests for new markets Evaluate the Suppliers' performance Cost reduction strategies Qualifications: Administration or industrial engineering degree. Automotive industry or related industries that manage warranties. Project management Knowledge in SAP, invoice transactions. Advance Excel. Power BI (basic) +2 years of experience in similar areas Advanced English, effective communication Problem solving solutions, oriented to challenge. Attention to detail.
