Electric Vehicle Warranty Professional About the Role This is a critical role within our company, responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of our electric vehicle warranties. The successful candidate will be an analytical and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Execute warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage and process claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with stakeholders. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement training programs for dealerships and service centers. Responsible for resolving complex warranty disputes in a fair and timely manner. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a warranty or related field, preferably in the electric vehicle industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in warranty software and systems. English fluency required, Mandarin a plus.
