Detailed responsibilities: As a Trainee in the Customer Quality & Warranty Support team, you will be actively involved in supporting post-sales customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth warranty processes across the dealer network. Your key responsibilities will include: Customer Support: Assist in addressing customer inquiries and complaints after the vehicle sale, ensuring timely and effective communication. Warranty & Claims Management: Help coordinate the necessary actions for handling vehicle warranty claims and approvals within the dealer network. Preventive Maintenance Support: Provide recommendations to the network on preventive maintenance and help foster long-term, trust-based relationships with dealers. Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the development and design of internal reporting systems to track ongoing complaints, focusing on product, customer, and supplier-related quality issues. Warranty Campaign Coordination: Support the coordination of parts availability, budget tracking, and execution of warranty campaigns, helping ensure a high level of confidence in the vehicle warranty program.
