About the Role We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be the primary influencer for our customers to grow sales and increase market share. You will lead the engagement with our key Pure Player customers by supporting the Key Account Manager (KAM) in establishing positive relationships with key account personnel, including Marketing, E-Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM, to support our strategic goals. Implement commercial strategies ensuring the correct execution of the 5P's in the omnichannel environment to generate benefits for both our clients and us. Achieve sales objectives for assigned customers and support the KAM in analytical tasks to identify opportunities and risks. Conduct administrative tasks for accounts, including managing credit requests and account monitoring. Maintain proactive communication with customers, managing product updates, stock situations, and price changes. Oversee customer inventory management, ensuring correct delivery and optimal shelf presentation. Analyze data to make decisions that benefit both our company and customers, including the preparation of Growth Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBP). Education and Experience Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, international trade or related fields. Google Suite and BI experience. At least 1 year of experience working with E-commerce in sales or marketing area. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, logistics and others. Advanced Excel skills and intermediate knowledge of DOMO, or willingness to learn. English Proficiency. Analytical and problem-solving skills, an empowered approach, and strong communication abilities.
