Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Amazon Marketplace Operations Specialist. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing Amazon account health, resolving operational issues, and ensuring seamless marketplace operations for our clients. They will also collaborate with internal teams and Amazon support channels to proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact performance. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage Amazon account health and policy compliance across multiple client accounts Investigate and resolve listing errors, policy violations, and suppressed ASINs Own the creation and maintenance of product listings, variations, and backend details within Amazon's guidelines Requirements Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized A strategic thinker who thrives on solving operational puzzles A strong written communicator with the ability to clearly document and escalate issues What We Offer We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive salary package.
