Commercial Sales Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team At Maple Bear Global schools (MBGS). Benefits: Competitive base salary + Commission Transportation and Communication allowance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field that supports a career in sales. Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in high-level or consultative sales environments. Demonstrated track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of the franchise market is a strong asset and differentiator. Familiarity with the education sector is preferred. Availability to travel as required. Responsibilities: Identify and develop business opportunities in the franchise market, with a focus on the education sector. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract closure. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, including educational institutions. Prepare customized business proposals and deliver effective presentations tailored to client needs in the education industry. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless pre-sale and post-sale experiences that drive long-term franchise success. Ensure customer satisfaction and support franchisees throughout their onboarding and growth journey. Measure and report on sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously identify areas for improvement.
