Job Title: Business Growth Manager ">Job Description: Main Purpose of Role: The sales team aims to increase revenue for hotels globally by engaging and motivating travel bookers at leisure agencies and key wholesalers. This role involves developing initiatives to generate new business opportunities with clients. The successful candidate will strategically plan their approach to meet client needs, offering compelling solutions to drive growth. The ideal candidate is responsible for building relationships to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the HFS CALA Leisure team through recruitment, training, management, and leadership. Evaluate individual performance using market share and revenue reports, as well as commercial understanding of resource deployment. Manage BDM's performance versus agency tiers to ensure time allocation and regular contact with all agencies throughout the year. Develop and maintain relationships with specified agencies within a designated geographical area (territory) to achieve room night and market share growth for resorts and the all-inclusive segment. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: 3-5 years of experience in sales and leadership roles within the leisure travel industry. Experience working with Travel Agencies and Wholesalers. Event planning experience is beneficial. Proven ability to manage teams and projects. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and commitment. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Able to develop business relationships at all levels - face-to-face, email, video conferencing, and telephone. Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, WebEx, and Zoom. Proficiency in Salesforce. Strong selling skills and effective analytical skills. Ability to travel within the designated territory as required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
