We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. Based in Tetla – Mexico. Main responsibilities: Maintain relationships with Control Management, Sales, Commercial and Transport service providers, Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Manage budgets and control distribution/customs costs Directly responsible for the management and reception of raw materials and finished products through MRP within the SAP ERP system with the support of Purchasing and Control Management Directly responsible for coordinating and managing the monthly inventory of all materials (i.e. raw materials and finished goods). Excel to manipulate SAP data extracts to help determine needs and actions to maintain optimal inventories Team-oriented with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization, from associates to management Effectively manage all distribution operations, including warehousing, inventory control, transportation, supplier management, quality and customer service Ensure all operational objectives are met, including cost, safety, schedule compliance, shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, supply levels, customer service, employee productivity, etc. Oversee shipping and receiving functions including scheduling, dispatching, and on-time delivery. Ensure accurate inventory control and planning. Coordinate and oversee physical inventory taking. Management of an operational team, including planning and scheduling of staff activities in the different warehouse areas and their development Promote and ensure a safe and environmentally friendly work environment Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma and other logistics process improvement techniques Oversees all customer shipping issues, including claims for loss or damage Ensure and maintain the Foreign Trade activities and programs applicable to the company Who we are looking for Eduacation: (Proffesional, Specialist, Mater, Ph D) Engineering in Logistics, International Trade or related Expirience > 8 years of experience Professional knowledge Advanced English, Planning, Statistics, Personnel Management, Foreign Trade, Logistics and Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Warehouse Management and Distribution Center Skills Results-oriented SAP Think strategically Innovation and creativity Teamwork and collective responsibility Customer-oriented Knowledge of the integrated management policy (Quality ISO 9001, Environment ISO 14001, Health and safety ISO 45001; Energy efficiency ISO 50001).
