Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our factory, ensuring that all products meet quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth product launches. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven track record of leading manufacturing teams and driving process improvements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools. Qualifications: Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and production processes. Experience with gauges, poka-yoke systems, fixtures, and production processes. Proficiency in Office tools, including Excel and Powerpoint.
