We work hard, brainstorm nonstop, take personal growth seriously, and yes—we give the best high-fives in town.We’re hiring a Contract Immigration LawyerWe’re looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and detail-oriented Immigration Lawyer to support our company’s legal and compliance needs. This contractor will serve as our single point of contact for all matters related to U.S. immigration law and general company legal issues. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure we remain compliant, informed, and empowered as we expand our reach both locally and globally.Responsibilities:Immigration & Visa ComplianceAdvise on visa strategy, compliance, and sponsorship pathways for current and future international hires Guide company policy and documentation regarding U.S. immigration law Coordinate and oversee all immigration casework including H-2B, O-1, B-1, and permanent residency filings as needed General Legal SupportServe as the company’s go-to legal advisor for internal business law issues including contracts, compliance, and international employment matters Draft, review, and revise legal documents and agreements for clarity, accuracy, and compliance Stakeholder CommunicationProactively communicate legal timelines, status updates, and action items to the CEO and other key team members Educate and inform internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence on legal processes and risks Work Environment:Remote telecommuting position requiring reliable internet, a distraction-free workspace, and the ability to attend virtual meetings regularly. Flexible schedule with emphasis on responsiveness and clear communication.Qualifications:Demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law Minimum of 3 years experience handling business immigration for companies or firms Strong understanding of employment-based visa categories, petitions, and compliance Ability to clearly and effectively explain legal processes to non-legal stakeholders Comfortable working independently as a contractor with minimal supervision Prior experience supporting growing, international businesses preferred Good to have a Valid US Visa Compensation:$7–10 USD per hour, depending on experience.
