Accounting Supervisor

SNR ACCOUNTING SUPERVISORWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team. In this role you will oversee and manage the daily accounting functions, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. You will be responsible for supervising a team of accountants and collaborating with cross-functional departments to mantain financial integrity and drive continuous improvement in accounting practices.Key Responsibilities:Supervision & LeadershipFinancial ReportingBudgeting & ForecastingGeneral Ledger ManagementInventory & cost accounting Internal controlsAudit & complianceProcess improvementCross-Department collaborationRequired Experience & SkillsMinimun of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years ina supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of cost accounting principlesExperience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelProven track record in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysisExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProfessional English levelEducationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)SOX Audit experience is highly preferred Additional certifications or training in manufacturing is a plus.
