Chief Financial Operations Manager

Senior Accounting Supervisor Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to oversee and manage the daily financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Supervision Financial Reporting and Analysis Budgeting and Forecasting General Ledger Management Inventory and Cost Accounting Internal Controls and Audit Compliance Process Improvement and Optimization Cross-Functional Collaboration Required Qualifications and Skills Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role Strong understanding of cost accounting principles Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English language Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field SOX audit experience is highly preferred Additional certifications or training in manufacturing is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take on leadership responsibilities and drive business growth.
