Marketing Manager LATAM & NAM ">This role is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns in the LATAM and NA regions to support regional marketing managers in delivering timely and relevant marketing activities. ">The successful candidate will be accountable for: ">">Developing and executing targeted, measurable marketing plans that meet business objectives ">Creating regional content including customer testimonials and case studies that support the marketing plan ">Ensuring local compliance with brand guidelines and training regions and sites to ensure appropriate brand deployment ">Supporting country agents and distributors with channel marketing resources ">Supporting approved regional trade shows and other customer events ensuring alignment with global marketing ">Providing market intelligence from the regional perspective, including analysis and Voice of Customer input "> ">Requirements ">The ideal candidate will have: ">">A Bachelor's degree in business or marketing ">Minimum 5 years' experience as a Marketing Generalist/Specialist in global companies (industrial preferred) ">Demonstrated track record of executing marketing plans preferably in an industrial B2B environment ">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish ">Able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and flexible environment "> ">Benefits ">We believe that diverse perspectives and backgrounds make a company flourish.
