Business Development Manager - HVAC Sales About Us We are a leading provider of home appliances with a presence in over 200 countries. As a Business Development Manager - HVAC Sales, you will oversee projects aimed at driving sales growth and market expansion for our products. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives and address market needs. Project Management: Oversee projects that expand sales territories, launch new products, or enter new markets. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop sales budgets and forecasts, managing resources effectively. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities. Requirements: +8 years of experience in Sales Management Projects or a related field. HVAC sales experience and knowledge required. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
