Greetings from your future manager - - Brinder Gill, Senior Vice President, Americas What you will do As an Area Sales Director, you will Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to achieve high performance and business goalsFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementSet team and individual goals, track progress, and provide regular feedbackIdentify training needs and create opportunities for skill development and growthGather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer needs, and industry trendsCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product management) to develop competitive solutions tailored to regional marketsDevelop and implement sales tactics and processes that drive revenue growth and profitability while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and valuesMonitor sales performance, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare forecasts and reports for senior managementEnsure prompt and professional resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in line with company policiesOversee commercial complaints, collaborating with internal teams to protect business interestsDevelop and execute action plans to address underperformance and achieve targetsContinuously seek opportunities to enhance skills, stay updated on market trends, and promote learning within the teamWho you are University degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleProven experience in leading a sales team and a strong track record in sales performanceBroad commercial understanding and strategic mindsetProficient in CRM systems and digital sales toolsSkilled in pipeline management and sales performance analysis using KPIsExperienced in market penetration strategies, especially in LATAM regionsCapable of budget planning and managing regional sales budgetsKnowledgeable in pricing strategies tailored to regional marketsStrong data analysis and reporting abilitiesFluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plusThis is what we offer to you A meaningful job:We have an inspiring purpose ‘We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils’.
