Description Manage and support tasks for customer projects, develop industrialization strategies, and ensure global capacity requirements are met. Coordinate the Project Manager Series across all involved production locations, fostering an interdisciplinary working environment. Provide key support to departments such as Program Management, Design & Development, Quality, and Purchasing during early project phases, ensuring all production-related topics are addressed and quality, cost, and timing targets are met using result-securing methods. Identify gaps between project requirements and production capabilities (people, qualification, technology, plant readiness, manufacturability). Support plant nominations for projects and participate in acquisition processes. Inform and involve clients regarding potential issues that could impact targets, facilitating clarification and decision-making. Present reports on project results within agreed scopes and timelines to ensure transparency and informed decisions.
