Amazon Mexico is seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to develop robust transportation network capabilities in Mexico. The role requires working with internal and external stakeholders to design, plan, implement, and execute inbound and outbound transportation network required to accelerate business growth. This position will own overall execution for Amazon Logistics (AMZL) MX route creation process for a region, including new launched configuration for internal routing systems. Key job responsibilities Lead new launch integration related to new nodes configuration with AMZL internal Systems. Ensure data fidelity of the quality reports and quality assurance processes. Process data from various resources and share analysis with team. Drive execution and efficiency through data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving. Monitor and analyze quality of process, identify root causes of the deviation through cause and effect analysis, and develop corresponding action plans to reduce future incidents. Participate in quality initiative and projects for its execution. Review and update SOPs as required. Lead 8-15 planners to execute routing through all the country. A day in the life Program / Project management Conduct daily ops meetings People management Engagement activities KPI discussion Lead team on their daily work Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent Speak, write, and read fluently in English 2+ years of employee and performance management experience Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean methodology techniques 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience 4 years of experience in logistics/services/manufacturing industries At least 3 years leading teams Strong computer skills, including experience with transportation management systems and Microsoft Office Strong logical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, create project plans, and meet deadlines Experience leading projects and helping your team achieve goals Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
