To lead continuous improvement and workflow automation efforts within the department that ensure customer and supply chain lead time and quality expectations are met. To build and maintain strong working relationships with internal supply chain partners and outside graphics vendors for the betterment of SEE business.**Responsibilities**- Provide high level direction and initiatives that progressively improve the quality and productivity while optimizing the Graphics workflow. 25%- Establish long term Coaching & Development plans for associates and actively engage in development to prepare associates for greater roles within SEE.
