We are looking for Regional Sales Account Managers to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, maximize lead conversion and revenue generation opportunities, and actively seek new business development opportunities in Latin America.The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate customers and their team to deliver highly successful accounts.**Responsibilities**:- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.- Revenue Generation: Developing and executing account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. This involves identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing pricing and discounting policies.- Sales Pipeline Management: Managing and maintaining an active sales funnel or pipeline for assigned accounts, including lead generation, qualification, and prioritization, as well as forecasting and reporting on sales performance.- Staff Training: Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to internal staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to support account growth and retention.- Account Management: Developing and executing account plans, monitoring and addressing customer issues and concerns, and acting as the primary point of contact for all customer communications and inquiries.- Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of the customer experience.Education and Experience Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree- Two to three years of experience as sales manager- Three to five years of customer management experience- Proven track record of positive customer revenue generation- Professional level experience in a virtual environment;- Online customer management experience / remote job experience is key- Fluent in English and Spanish, both speaking and writing.**Benefits**:- Professional development opportunities- Paid time off (PTO): Employees can take time off for personal or sick days without losing pay.- Commission-based salary: Employees can earn extra income based on their performance and sales.- Multicultural environment: Employees have the opportunity to work with and learn from colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.- Collaborative team culture: Employees work in a supportive team environment that encourages idea-sharing and teamwork.
