Recruitment Coordinators and Administrators

We're Looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist / Coordinator We are partnering with a leading multinational company in the consumer goods industry that is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist / Coordinator to join their regional HR team.This position will be responsible for managing recruitment processes for corporate positions across MEX & LATAM. , Additionally, the role will coordinate Trainee Programs and University Relations , strengthening the company's presence and employer brand among young professionals.Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and regional roles (LATAM & Mex.). Manage and execute early talent initiatives, including Trainee and Internship Programs . Support employer branding initiatives and ensure continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Administer and optimize recruitment workflows through SAP SuccessFactors .Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields. ~4+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within multinational or consumer goods companies. ~ Proven experience using SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment and talent management. ~ Experience managing recruitment processes across multiple countries ~ Fluency in English and SpanishHybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
