Want to join the team?- Toluca- On-SiteVibracoustic Toluca S.A. de C.V.You support our team asCUSTOMS & TRADE SPECIALIST MEXICO (F/M/D)**Responsibilities**:- Maintain the Annex 24 and Annex 30 program in Mexico by supporting third party service provider to ensure compliance with governmental regulations.- Collect, organize, and review required trade data for Annex 24 and Annex 30 processes for third party service provider.- Audit, process improvement, and generation of KPIs.- Manage and lead third party service provider on MX FTA qualification analysis and create FTA certificates for signature.- Assign and maintain an updated HTS database for US and MX tariff codes.- Assist with maintaining import and export documents for record retention.- Support manufacturing sites in customs related issues and provide necessary training on IMMEX and other customs activities.**Qualifications**:- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or job related.- Automotive customs/IMMEX experience.- Work experience 2 years minimum in similar role.- Manufacturing, Purchasing, Legal, Logistics experience a plus.- Proven ability to think analytically and logically, with experience in breaking down complex tasks.- Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work- Advanced English.Some of your BenefitsVacationDiversity & InclusionPersonal DevelopmentPaid HolidaysInternational OpportunitiesClick here to go directly to our career page.
