Payment Test Specialist

Job Opportunity: Payments Test Lead About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Payments Test Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of test engineers in ensuring the quality and reliability of our payment systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of test engineers in planning, coordinating and executing testing activities. Develop and maintain testing strategies, processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing is aligned with business objectives. Analyze and report on testing results, identifying areas for improvement. Provide input into release planning and prioritization of testing activities. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: 10+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on payments and mainframe testing. Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and projects. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. JIRA and Confluence expertise. Desirable Skills: TOSCA automation framework and scripting experience. Experience with backend and frontend system manual functional testing. Knowledge of requirements analysis and documentation. Experience in all Testing processes.
