Senior Collection Accountant

Experience Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Specialist Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional seeking to apply your skills in accounts receivable? Our organization is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our finance team. This key role involves the management of customer invoicing, collections and reconciliation processes to ensure timely and accurate cash flow during increased workload. Key Responsibilities: Process and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to minimize financial risks. Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies and apply payments correctly to maintain a high level of accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, finance) to address billing or payment issues efficiently. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting. Proficiency in accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks.
