Quality Excellence Specialist The Quality Excellence Specialist plays a pivotal role in spearheading the development and execution of manufacturing quality standards. This position requires an innovative problem solver, proactive and steadfast in identifying and resolving vehicle quality issues. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough root cause analysis of quality problems Recommend and implement cost-effective, sustainable corrective actions Analyze quality data from internal and external sources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage engineering changes and ensure timely execution Evaluate product robustness through testing before full implementation Ensure delivery of third-party quality metrics Develop and execute multiple projects in a technical and business environment Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace/Aeronautical 2+ years of experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Self-directed and team-oriented with demonstrated planning/problem-solving skills
