Coordination of technical training to meet the required levels 5 Leak Test machine and process, welding instructor to train personnel and technicians in welding and sealer responsible for managing resources to prevent online production losses using SPW methodologies. to acomplish the support and analyze execution of battery tray and package components within their process.Will organize Plant & Quality resources in order to efficiently lead efficencies on the implementation of projects during Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing processes for new equipment, trial production & launching and improving operations KAI's & KPI's. Support Toluca Battery Package as a leader within the organization. implementing Early Equipment Management (EEM) Pillar through application of principles and tools supporting other cluster.
