Senior Recruitment Specialist Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our regional HR team in the consumer goods industry. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate positions across MEX & LATAM, supporting key business areas and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and attract top talent, manage early talent initiatives, and build relationships with universities and other academic institutions. Lead and coordinate recruitment processes for corporate and regional roles (LATAM & Mex.). Partner with stakeholders to identify and attract top talent. Manage Trainee Programs and University Relations. Administer and optimize recruitment workflows through SAP SuccessFactors. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within multinational or consumer goods companies. Proven experience using SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment and talent management. Fluency in English and Spanish.
