Product Controller (Financial Specialist)

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Plant Product Controller at our Toluca Plant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated finance professional to contribute to our dynamic team and play a key role in driving financial performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the Value Stream, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, etc) to ensure accurate product costing strategies. Prepare and present financial reports to plant management and other stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations. Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize plant performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
